General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Easy … fill out the Request a Quote form on this website or give us a call at (720) 526-0439.

Will I be charged more if it takes longer than expected to clean my house?

When we provide a quote, it’s our best guess estimate based on the information you provided us about the condition of your home. If we feel we can’t get the house clean as quoted, we will notify you immediately to give you the option to add more time at an additional cost or set priorities for what we will focus on cleaning.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

We don’t do in-home estimates. We base your quote on the square footage of the home and the information you provide us concerning the condition of the house.

Are cleaning supplies included?

We will bring the equipment and cleaning products needed to clean your home. We use professional products that are much more effective than “grocery store” products.

What if I’m not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll come back and make it right. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

Can I get a same-day booking?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

Do I have to be home for my cleaning?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know. You can hide a key, give us the door code or set up a lock box so we can access your house on cleaning day.

Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I book?

We do our best to be “right on time.” But, we do have a one-hour arrival window to account for traffic, going over on the previous house or weather. If we are going to be more than 30 minutes early or late we will call you.

When am I charged for the service?

We charge the morning of the scheduled cleaning.

Are there any committments or contracts?

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or a pre-determined number of appointments. We hope that our quality will keep you on our schedules!

What kind of cleaning products do you use?

We use all eco-friendly cleaning products that are safer than traditional products. These products are much more effective than grocery store products and safer for your family and pets.

What services do you offer?

We offer recurring maid services (weekly, biweekly and monthly), one-time deep cleanings, move in/out cleanings, vacation rental cleaning and office cleaning. And, since Covid, we now offer professional disinfecting.

How many cleaners do you send?

Our model is solo cleaners. Though for cleans over 5 hours, we send 2 cleaners.

Are cleaning company cleaners screened?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We hire for integrity and train for skill!
